Another classic dessert that can get a special touch is Chocolate Mousse. Instead of using milk chocolate, we'll use semi-sweet chocolate and add a pinch of cayenne pepper for a spicy kick. We will need:

– 300 grams of semi-sweet chocolate
– 4 eggs
– 1/4 cup of sugar
– 1/4 cup of water
– 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper

Preparation method:

1. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and set aside.
2. Separate the egg whites from the yolks and beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
3. In another bowl, beat the egg yolks with the sugar until a fluffy cream forms.
4. Add the melted chocolate and mix well.
5. Add the water and cayenne pepper and mix again.
6. Add the beaten egg whites and mix gently.
7. Pour the mousse into individual glasses or a large bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

With these two recipes, you can prepare classic desserts with a special touch and impress your guests. Try them and enjoy!
